Try

Directory PD1:<MSDOS.DIRUTL>
==============================================================================
GO_3_0.ZIP    B   40248  910327  Enhanced cd w/name completion & dir utilities

on SIMTEL. It will also GO to a directory on a different drive, or if
you type

	  go /f somefile

it will switch to the directory where somefile is located.
