HELP!!!!!!!!! OK, MKS tools has a neat tool for changing DOS's stupid switch character (/), and changing it to something reasonable (-). This allows one to use / as a subdir delimiter. Worked fine on all previous DOS's. DOS 5.0 will not let you change this. MKS's switch command runs correctly, but the switch char is not changed. It will report that / is still the current switch. MKS mentions that switch.com uses an undocumented sys call. I originally thought this call might have changed/disappeared. But since the switch.com program correctly reports / is still the current switch, I wonder now. Am I the only one this drives crazy???? Is there another way to do this that works on 5.0??? This single feature is enough to make me go back to 3.3. ( And send 5.0 back for someone else to fool with!) Thanks in advance!!!!! Alan Barrow km4ba | I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
