I am looking for a program that would take the data directed at LPT 1 and save it to a file. I know of things that direct it to other places such as mode and netware's capture. I would like it in a text file that could be incorperated into another program or just printed later from the Command prompt. thanks Edgar

LPTX is on SIMTEL, and PRN2FILE is a PC Magazine utility. -- Roy M. The CREATE= switch allows you to send the output to a file instead of a print queue. I've also used LPTX which someone else mentioned is available from SIMTEL. -- Roger Hadgraft | hadgraft@civeng.monash.edu.au Lecturer in Civil Engineering | Monash University | phone: +61 3 565 4983 Clayton, Vic. 3168.
