HELP! I've called Novell, I talked with Microsoft and it's a mystery. I'm trying to implement a shared copy of Windows on our Novell 2.12 SFT network using the latest 3.01 IPX/NET3 shells from my AST 286 Premium, with the files all expanded into G:\WINDOWS, SETUP /N fails to copy win.src to C:\WINDOWS. I'm looking for solutions, ideas, and the assurance that it has been done.. I beginning to loose hope. I tried running with no TSR's and empty CONFIG and AUTOEXEC files. I've tried mapping the G:\WINDOWS directory to a specifiv Novell directory. I've reloaded the files. I've read the instructions and .TXT files twice.
