[comp.os.msdos.apps] Anyone know of a PICT file draw program?

Subject says just about all. Preferably would work with (super) VGA, be
in color, and be a `draw' type program rather than a `paint' type program.

And hey! if there's anything better (dreams here of a SuperPaint 2.0 -type 
thing-a-ma-bob) let me know about that too!
