I observed a very *funny* situation, that terrified me some weeks. Nortons sort directories hangs my system after 4 "ds ne" of different directories or after 8 ds of the same directory! When I run QEMM 5.1 I use to got exception 13, always pointing to the same adress, no matter how I rearrange the order of loading the drivers. (Register ES is always 0x144 after segment of process conter and BP=FFFF, I guess it may be a wrap-around in the famous Intel-addressing) *** The problem disappeared, or at least I cannot reproduce it any longer, when I increased FASTOPEN args from (15,40) to (40,40)! *** QUESTION: Is that a bug in Norton *ds* rel 4.50 or what?
