I am using Hayes Smartcom II V3.1 to emulate a VT100. I really like this program, except for the way Hayes decided to emulate some of the VT100 keys. Although I've never personally used debug, it could be used to edit the binary, allowing me to change the emulation - correct? In addition to some of Hayes' emulations seeming silly, two of them just don't work on my 386, and one of them is critical to my using the Oracle database. Using ctrl-backspace to emulate the backspace key doesn't work - it justs produces a delete (as if I hadn't used the ctrl key, and (here's the critical one) using the PrtScr key with the numlock key on to emulate the VT100's keypad comma doesn't seem to work at all, as it produces no discernible output. Since Oracle uses this key to execute a query, I'm in big trouble - what good is database you can't query? Can some kind soul help me to accomplish the following? Then this program would be just about perfect! I'm desperate, as I need to get this database up and running (for use at work) asap.
