Does anyone have, or know where I can obtain, documentation of MicroSoft's file formats for Excel xxx.XLS files. I have an application that would benefit by using Excel files as its input, but don't have the needed file descriptions. Any pointers, or details would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. I have a reference manual called "Microsoft Excel: Technical Refererence" that contains the description of the BIFF file format used by Microsoft Excel. I got this a couple of years ago at an Excel Developers Seminar sponsored by Microsoft. I don't know how to get a copy through "normal" channels, but the Document number is 050560041-210-R00-1188 if that helps.
