Has anyone successfully used Microsoft's Product Support Services BBS ? I have tried several times to use it - using a non-Hayes 1200 baud modem once: got on but very noisy and spitted bursts of garbage frequently - unable to complete downloads. Second try was with a hayes- compatible 2400 baud modem - spiited guano upon connect and hung-up right away. The BBS says it's OS/2 based (that might explain a lot :-). I'd like to get some additionaly/updated MS Word printer drivers from it and some technical info files from it. Does anyone know what usoft's policy is about posting the files there to other BBS's and net sites ? If they permit it, is there some kind soul in the 206-area who would like to transfer the stuff and deprive AT&T et.al. of some revenue ? Oh yeah, the phone number is 206-646-9145. When you get on there is an announcement about a newer number but I dont have it handy. BTW, I tried both numbers with similar problems so it doesnt seem line-specific. Jeff Sicherman
