It was oriented towards biomedical references and had options to print reference lists in the formats of 20 or son journals. Can't remember the name but it may be JRef or something like that.

BIB is a bibliographic database that's menu-driven, quickly learned, and inexpensive ($50). It's available from Bib Co., 671 N.
