[comp.os.msdos.apps] Problerm with Bernoulli Box Application Program

Hello,

     I am attempting to run an inventory control program sold by the
Real World Company on a Bernoulli Box attached to an IBM PC/AT.
Unfortunately, I occasionally get a "SETBLOCK FAILED" error message
when I run this application or else there  is a system crash.
I have contacted the customer service departments at both
IOMAGA (the manufacturers of the Bernoulli Box) and Real World and
they deny that "SETBLOCK FAILED" is one of their error messages.
Another application program, written in dBASE III Plus runs
successfully from this Bernoulli Box!

     Any suggestions or comments on this problem are appreciated.
