[comp.os.msdos.apps] alarm clock utility

Can anyone reccomend a good free || shareware || cheap alarm clock
utility?  I've tried a few (PopAlarm, Remind, and one or two more),
and haven't found one to suit me.  I'm on the verge of writing my own,
but time is short and I'd prefer not to have to.

My ideal alarm clock program would

    -have multiple alarms (at least 4) with associated messages
    -have an analog clockface, with thin hands for alarm times, and
     support setting of alarms by dragging these with the mouse
    -run as a small DESQview/386 task, or if DESQview is not found then as
     a DOS TSR (perhaps reverting to a text-mode display when running
     as a TSR)
    -provide a choice of audible or visual alarms.

Is there anything out there which approximates this?
