I have installed Lahey F77L EM/32 and the Lahey Blackbeard editor on my 386. I have set PATH to include the directory of the editor and set the environment variable LBDIR to point to this directory, also. Then, under 4DOS I try to start the editor using command LB as usual, but this fails with message "Unknown command lbovl.exe". This command "lbovl.exe" is in file LB.COM and when I edit LB.COM with Norton Diskedit to contain full path-name of LBOVL.EXE-file all seem to work. BUT, under COMMAND.COM the editor starts with no problems using simply LB. Question is: Whose fault: 4DOS', Lahey's or mine? Kyosti
