[comp.os.msdos.apps] View document in WordPerfect 5.1

I was having a problem in WP 5.1 that I thought someone out in net land
could help me with.  When I try to view a document using (SHIFT-F7),6, I
get the error message, ERROR: Invalid display file format.

I have an Orchid ProDesigner II vga adapter and I have installed the 
WP drivers that came with the card.  I have also tried to setup my display
using (SHIFT-F1),2,2 to all possible configurations but nothing seems to
work.  Am I missing something or doing something wrong?
