Rumor has it that Regency will announce the HX1500,
another version of the HX1000 and HX1200 portable
scanners.
The most important new feature in the HX1500 will be
that its 45 channels are subdivided into 3 banks of 15
channels each, and each bank may be enabled or dis-
abled.
The HX1000 is being discontinued, and the HX1200 is
just an HX1000 with the addition of commercial aircraft
band, direct channel access, but no clock.
