[comp.os.msdos.misc] PCjr Emulating Tandy's 16 color mode

v120jabp@ubvmsa.cc.buffalo.edu (Michael C Herms) (09/28/90)

Does anyone know where I can get an emulator that will allow my PCjr to
display graphics generated by software written for the Tandy's 16 color
mode. I know it can be done because I had a friend who's father worked
for IBM. He said that there was a program that would accomplish this.

Thanks,
Mike

I don't really think you need an emulator. The Tandy graphics modes were adopte
d from the PCjr.
Give it a try. If you get a picture, it will work. The sound should work
as well, since I was told it also is based on the PCjr.
