[comp.os.msdos.misc] Directory move utility

PC Mag has a newer utility called PRUNE which allows you to perform 
directory maintenance.  I can't recall what issue it's in but it was this 
year and recent.  A local BBS would have it as would PCMAGNET o nCIS.
