Charles Petzold wrote a book for OS/2 called "Programming the OS/2
Presentation Manager" in which he quoted an earlier book that he also
wrote called "Programming for Windows", or something like that. If it
is anything like his OS/2 book, it will be an EXCELLENT source of info.

Cheers,
