Sun 25-Nov-90: Released update /pc/ts/tsfaq14.arc of my frequently asked questions with answers on general matters of interest to PC users, UseNet users, and Turbo Pascal programmers. Since there are quite a number of questions & answers, I have reorganized the files within the package into more categories than in the previous version.
