[net.ham-radio] SSTV help needed

Hello Hams: 

  I am interested in any pointers or information you may have on 
  SSTV color decoding.  I thought that the color was sent in three 
  different frames, but it appears that the color information is 
  in the same frame.  Thanks in advance for any help.
