 What has happened to Radio Earth on KCBI. I haven't been listening to
 shortwave for a while so it was just recently that I noticed the program
 was missing. Anybody have information on it?

Radio Earth is no longer on KCBI Dallas, Texas. It is now broadcast
over World Harvest Radio International (WHRI) at 0300 UTC (10 PM EST)
on 7400 khz. 

I read an article in the International SW Guide about this and the
reason for the change was that only about 25% of the usual listeners
were tuned to the broadcast over KCBI at 1900-2000 UTC. 

Radio Earth plans to broadcast from their own 50kw station in the
future from Curacao.

Some traffic from the space shuttle recovery crews has also been 
noted on 5320 khz.
