I have tried to request the UuEncode and UuDecode files from somewhere (simtel20?) but never got anything back. Could someone please send me the uuencode and uudecode source (TPascal). Thanks. I have a uudecode program which someone gave me earlier, but I would really like to see how it works.

But literally tens of thousands users obtain files successfully from
ftp sites. Are you missing the instructions, or what is the problem
in not getting the files. I can email you our prerecorded
instructions concerning uwasa.fi archives, if not knowing how to
access an ftp site is your problem.

I do believe that that is my main problem. It is possible to do it from a BBS node such as this one isn't it? If you could please fill me in it would be greatly appreciated. Doesn't it just require a special format message or am I confused?
