As a VHF-UHF operator, I recommend that you include you VUCC Grid Square
on your card. This is a world-wide system of location specification which
divides the globe into "squares" of one degree N-S by two degrees E-W. 
There are also finer divisions of 1/10th these intervals, but they are not
widely used. You will find hams all over the world using this notation,
and I expect it to eventually become widely used on HF as well as the
higher bands. Since you apparently live the the DC area, you are probably
in FM18 (S of 77 N) or FM19. Contact me on 301-921-3274 if you want more

PS. I have just gone to the local "Speedeeprint" for my last two sets
of cards. The manager has a ham friend... Of course the result isn't
extremely beautiful, but you will find a lot of people without 7-color
cards these days....
