If you didn't know Word 5.5 has a tendency to hold/freeze when using it on a machine with Award's BIOS. I called tech support and the SAID that they would send me a fix, but it hasn't arrived in 2 weeks. Does anyone know what the fix is, or could you send me a uue'd copy of the fix. There was no charge for the fix so I think that (c) stuff it no problem, I just need the darn thing, papers are due and having the machine stop for a bit in the middle of editing kinda throws off your concentration.
