[comp.os.msdos.misc] Screen Blanker and Set Path

I want to install a screen blanker and a utility to set a longer path than
PATH= can do.  I will install both under DOS 3.30, but I don't want them to 
interfere WIN3.  Any suggestion?  Will can I find them?
