[comp.os.msdos.misc] memory refresh changer

Last summer I got hold of a shareware program called PCZipper which
allowed one to change the DRAM refresh rate. I failed to make a backup
and have since lost the program to a hard disk crash. Does anyone know
where I could obtain that program or a similar one?

PC Magazine's PCMagNet. There is a program called QFRESH.COM.
There should also be a debug script for altering the refresh from
the default stuff.
