I'm looking for a copy of uucp for a msdos machine, currently I have uupc 1.09d which seems to work fine for transfering mail to and from the uucp host. however, what I need is either an add on program to handle news or another uucp package that handles both news and mail. the newsfeed I will be getting will be send batched and compressed, and there is no way around that. any suggestions?? also I need a copy of uuencode, compress/uncompress, and tar (I have uudecode already) please send me direct e-mail as I do not read this group at all. thanks in advance...
