Thanks to all those people who replied with books on MS-DOS programming. The overall consensus (90%) suggested the Peter Norton books. So I went out to buy them and came across the Waite Turbo C bible (I also have Turbo C) which actually covers all the details that I need. If you have Turbo C this is most definitely the book to have, but it was not cheap, 27 pounds!!! My next question is where do I get ms-dos sources off the net? There's a comp.sources.unix and comp.sources.misc, but no comp.sources.msdos or any other such group. Why not? I'd love to see what people are doing (and put some of my own programs out), and there must be thousands of shareware, freeware and other such like programs available, or is that exactly the problem? -- Mike Moore | Sprechen Sie Deutsch?
