Hi, I am going to change my VGA card for a standard VGA (800 X 600 ?). One of my friend told me that there is no differenc between the 8 bit card and 16 bit card for a standard VGA. He means that the resolution of standard VGA is not so high that 16 bit card is needed to hand the massive data. But the fellow in the PC shop suggested that 16 bit card could make faster screen show for Window 3 and some other software even for a standard VGA.. Any comments are well welcomed.
