I'd say that DOS 4 is your most likely solution. The only way to partition large media with DOS 3.xx is either in pieces or with third-party partitioning software like DiskManager. Recently it has become clear that there's no guarantee that DiskManager partitions will be compatible with everything (like Windows 3, for instance). I've been using DOS 4 for a long time now and never had any problems . . . my current hared disk is a Seagate 80 meg, all in one partition. Robert Berry / rrberry@unc.bitnet
