I've never used any of PC Brand's computers, but they certainly have about the best reputation of any mail-order house in the computer business. I have bought peripherals from them on numerous occasions (most recently an I/O card) and have always been impressed with the quality of their service. You can be sure that, if you aren't satisfied with what you buy from them, they will make it right. That's why I often go to them even when they don't have the best price.
