[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] Info on Quadrex super VGA board

I have a Quadrex super VGA card that I recently upgraded to 512k.  It has a
Trident video chip on it and Quadrex BIOS.  I am primarily interested in the
640x480x256 mode however almost no software that supports this mode works
with this board.  I would like to get in touch with Quadrex if anyone can
forward their address or any other information about them to me.
