Nope, wrong, do not pass 'GO', go directly to jail, etc, etc.  What you have
described is a 'VAR'.  VAR = "Value-Added Reseller".  HE buys from the OEM (you
got the acronymn correct, at least) and puts HIS name on the product and sells
it.  Btw, where did you get that idea of what an OEM is??????
