I just got off the phone with Creative Labs, Inc (800-544-6146) 131
South Maple Ave #6, South San Francisco CA 94080 (how's that for details).
They tell me that there is a BBS with some sample programs for the sound
board. Call 415-742-6534. Sorry, but I don't have any more details
than that (and it's my hope that someone within local calling distance
can check it out and maybe bring some of these programs back to the
net).
The people answering the phone clearly aren't native English speakers
(and my Pittsburgh accent probably doesn't help either), but I did get
the feeling that some of the information that people have been seeking,
here on the net, may be on this BBS.
If anyone does get on this BBS, I'd appreciate hearing from them or
seeing a directory listing of what's on the BBS and what baud rates they
support.
