[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] Tape Drive for Northgate Slimline

gary@utgard.uucp (Gary Manning) (08/04/90)

Greetings,

Does anyone know of a tape drive, perferably one that takes dc2000
tapes, that will fit into the 3 1/2 inch bay of a Northgate Slimline
case? I have talked to Northgate but they had no suggestions.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

gary

The Colorado Mountain Systems (CMS) drive is a 3 1/2 drive.
You know the one.. the $249 drive in every ad of every magazine.

The one I got came with a 5" bezel on the front, though. Call Hard Drives
International (toll-free) and ask about one with a 3" bezel (faceplate).
