I've have the following problem with my Tandon TM362 (20MB, ST-506) harddisk:
after a cold power-up it runs fine for 15-20 minutes but then stops spinning.
It doesn't start spinning when power is switched off and on again, so it looks
like the problem is somehow temperature related. Funny thing is that I had the
same problem a few months ago. The problem then just vanished when I vacuum-
cleaned my power-supply (+5V supply had dropped to around +4.5V!). However,
supply voltages are OK now.
Can someone familiar with this stops-spinning problem please help me and email?
