hi, i have a 386sx computer which i purchaesd from pc:brand (chicago) i just recently added 2MB of memory (1MB 80ns SIPPs) to give me a system total of 6MB of memory. when i boot i get the following message: XCMOS CHECKSUM ERROR press <F1> to continue basically what i need is the Neat setup program, usually called setneat.com, so i can go in an edit the cmos to reflect my current configuration. in some cases the software is named differently but what it basically looks like is a menued interface for the set up of chips: 82c206, 82c215, 82c212, and 28c211. btw, pc:brand service has been rather, well, not very valuable. the first utilities disk they sent me took two moths to arrive and arrived blank. the second disk arrived in 4 days but was full of bad sectors and what i managed to salcage off the disk either wouldn't run (system hang) or returned a divide by zero error. any help will truely be appreciated.... -- respectfully yours, Gregory D.
