[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] DTK 386 SX Motherboard

chuck@umbc5.umbc.edu (10/03/90)

I have been having a few problems with my recently configured system.
When I turn the computer on and after a few seconds, the screen sort of
blinks into a picture, but does not seem to display the VGA BIOS information.
My DTK and FASST BIOS messages come up, but no ATI V4M 1.00 messages. Also,
the picture controls have to be set up all the way and after about ten minutes
of use, the screen starts to flicker a bit. I have tried the card in another
system, and it seems to work there. My system consists of the following
components: DTK 386 SX motherboard, ATI 512K VGA card with mouse, Relisys
1520 multisync, and WD FASST SCSI card.

Another related item: The mouse just stopped being recognized by mouse.com.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
