I just acquired a used DFI RAM BANK module which I want to use in my XT. This supposedly will give me up to 2Meg of memory and should have come with three programs, RAMDISK, PSPOOL, and INITIAL. The info on the board is MEMO-2000XT REV 2. There are 8 banks of 9 sockets (16 pin) labeled bank 1-8. There is a single dip switch labeled SW1 with 8 switches. Does anyone have any info on this board? Like how to set the switches, where to get the programs? Anything else? What chips it uses for RAM ? Thanks for the help. /s/ Bob Gettys
