My wife and I are going to Jamaica for 10 days in January, and I'd appreciate any tips. We're staying at the Americana at Ochos Rio. Any suggestions on places to eat, things to do, day trips? I'm planning on spending $100/day for food and entertainment (hotel is already paid for); is this reasonable? Also, when I was in Italy in 1974, American travel checks were discounted 10 percent.
