[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] Seagate ST01 SCSI host adapter

RREED@ucf1vm.cc.ucf.edu (10/31/90)

I'm in need of a few pieces of information about this piece of hardware.

1) Are there special drivers needed for it to work with DOS? Plus, are
there any compatibilities with specific DOS versions? If drivers are
needed, do they come with the host adapter (for DOS)?
2) What type of cables are needed on the host adapter side? Regular
    50-pin SCSI cables?
3) What are the two jumpers for on the card?
4) Are there any PD drivers for the ST01? (really interested in this)
5) Is there a low level format program or routine available?

I'm getting an ST01 cheap, but it does not come with the manual, cables or
driver disk.

Please respond via email! Thanks in advance!
