Does anyone know if an adapter can be purchased to make a keyboard from an IBM PC AT work with a PS/2? The pinout for such a device would also be helpful...it might be easier to just make one. The keyboards are identical, so IBM can sell you a cable that fits into the flat, 5-pin connector in your AT-keyboard. (I know I've seen a report from someone who had done this, can't remember where tho') Secondarily, "The Wynn Rosch Hardware Bible" lists the pinouts for both the AT and PS/2 connectors. See your library, or mail me. (I haven't got the book here...) -Terje ____________________________________________________________________________ thoger@solan.unit.no | Institute of Physical Chemistry THOGER AT NORUNIT.BITNET | Div. of Computer Assisted Instrumental Analysis | Norwegian Institute of Technology
