Trying to get my AT up to full on-board 640K RAM.
It's a Samsung 8MHz AT and is currently running on 512K RAM.
Added further 128K (for 640K total) but obviously cannot get it to
work that extra memory upon bootup after telling setup that it's
a 640K system, just a memory error upon bootup. So changed it back
to 512K to keep BIOS happy.

As you may figure I do not have a manual for the motherboard.

Any help most appreciated.

You may email me: George_Muzyka@kcbbs.gen.nz (.nz for New Zealand)
or maybe a direct reply posting here (if permitted).

Cheers
George

Sounds like qou need to flip some dipswitches on the motherboard.
Which ones, I don't know -- I don't have a samsung manual either.
