[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] Apple printer for my MSDOS machine?

I'd like to save a buck and hook an old Apple Imagewriter II up to
my dos machine. I've got a cable that converts rs232 to the wierd din-8 on
the apple, but cannot get the machine to print!

any suggestions more than welcome.
