I'm looking for a four port serial card that meets some rather picky requirements: 1) each port has a 9-pin DSUB. There might be two of them on the card itself and two more on a dummy back plate connected by ribbon cable. 2) two of the ports can be set for IRQ4 and the other two for IRQ3. (This isn't too outrageous-- as I'd expect to cover COM1 thru COM4 with it) 3) Low EMI/noise techniques have been followed. Perhaps T-filters on each EIA signal or at least bypass caps. to chassis ground on each EIA line. 4) 16450 UARTs (or 8250's in sockets)... 16550 OK too. Has anyone seen anything like this on the market? Any clues would be appreciated. Thanks. -- Chris Elmquist, N0JCF Internet: elmquist@SSESCO.com AMPRN: N0JCF@WB0GDB.MN.USA.NA BellNet: (612) 785-3516
