I need some info about available hardware for PCs: 1. What is the fastest way to transfer data from one PC to another? SCSI? Or is there some way to share a bus between two machines (use one clock for both machines? Or some other useable method? 2. What is the fastest way to transfer data from one PC to another using some kind of 'standard' network (as opposed to the specialised solution in question 1.)? Is there a FDDI-2 interface available for PCs? Any other high-speed interfaces? Anything very much faster than Ethernet or Token-Ring would help. Any answer or hint to find an answer is appreciated.
