Sorry about the last posting - something went wrong.
Here is the real text.
I have two questions about the physical appearance of the
IBM-AT power supply:
* From the rear of the computer, the screws that secure the
power supply to the chassis are located roughly like this
!---------------------------------------------!
! A B !
! !
! !
! !
! !
! !
! !
! !
! !--------------!
! !
! !
! D C !
!------------------------------!
I need to know the distance between A-B, C-D and D-A with
an accuracy of about 1 mm. (Not B-C)
Does anybody have this info. or could anyone please measure
the distances?
* On the IBM-PC the power supply had two slots in the bottom and
the chassis had corresponding tabs that hooked inte the power
supply. Is the IBM-AT power supply/chassis equipped with similar
devices or is the bottom of the power supply "clean" ?
I require this information because I'm going to buy a new, larger
case for my AT-clone and I'd like to keep my slightly non-standard
power supply, if it is possible.
Please e-mail any replies.
