To Polish and Proud of it: Of course many innocent Christians were killed during that period. But there was no government in power across Europe which made the systematic killing of Christians a priority. I didn't see the beginnings of this discussion, but the point is that the Jewish experience of the Holocaust is qualitatively different from that of, say, Christians who were killed.
