To Polish and Proud of it:

Of course many innocent Christians were killed during that period.
But there was no government in power across Europe which made the
systematic killing of Christians a priority. I didn't see the
beginnings of this discussion, but the point is that the Jewish
experience of the Holocaust is qualitatively different from that
of, say, Christians who were killed. It proved once and for all
that Jews can't hope to rely on anyone else for sanctuary.
