[comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware] Looking for Suntac EMS driver

My clone's motherboard manual mentions Suntac EMS driver
(copyright Sun Electronics Corp. 1987). I wonder if anybody
here knows where to look for this driver. Any pointer will
be appreciated.
