What is the top card edge connector on VGA cards for exactly? I've seen reference to it as the VGA Feature connecter and the VGA Passthrough connecter. Can I use it to add some experimental circuits to my VGA cards? I've noticed that some graphics coprocessor cards don't have an output for the monitor but a connection for the Passthrough connector. Where can I get a description and specifications for this connector? pasquale@sgl.ists.ca

Someone once told me that the top card edge connector could be used for such popular peripherals as light-pens. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Neal Miller | "Why not go mad?" | millernw@clutx.clarkson.edu Clarkson University | - Ford Prefect | millernw@clutx.bitnet ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
